Orders & shipping

Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order, with tracking and no minimum.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 9–15 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination.

How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show the first update.

Do I have to pay import duties or taxes?
Some countries charge import duties or taxes on international orders. Unless they are collected at checkout, these are paid by the recipient to the carrier or customs.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If your order has not been dispatched yet, we can update the address or cancel it with a full refund.

How does Buy More, Save More work?
Add more items and save more automatically: 20% off with 2 items, 25% off with 3 items and 30% off with 4 or more. The discount is applied in your cart, no code needed.

How does the free gift work?
While the offer is active, eligible orders get one free gift, added to your cart automatically when you add a product. The gift matches the product's collection, for example a cup brush with a tumbler. Limit one free gift per order.

Returns & refunds

What is your return policy?
Every order is covered by our 30-day return guarantee. You have 30 days from delivery to return an item that is unused and in its original condition, including sale items.

How do I start a return?
Email our support team at hello@usedaylo.com with your order number and the item you want to return. They will guide you through the next steps. Please contact us before sending anything back.

When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Email us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo or short video. We will send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.
