A watch earns its place on your wrist one ordinary day at a time. That is why every HALDEN watch comes with a 2-year movement warranty — if the movement fails under normal use, we will make it right.
The promise
A watch for years, not for a season
HALDEN watches are not meant to wait in a drawer for special occasions. They are made for the commute, the office, the dinner and the weekend — worn, checked and wound into everyday life.
Worn that often, a watch has to be honest about lasting. So every piece is backed by a two-year warranty on its movement, starting on the day your order is delivered. No registration and no extra cost.
What is covered
One promise, kept for two years
Your watch should keep time the way it did the morning it arrived. If it stops doing that through normal wear, that is on us — not on you.
The movement
If the movement stops, runs irregularly or fails under normal use, it is covered.
Hands & crown
Hands that come loose or a crown that stops setting the time because of a manufacturing fault.
Manufacturing faults
A defect in how the watch was made or assembled, found during normal everyday wear.
Two full years
Coverage runs for two years from the date your order is delivered. Nothing to register.

30 days to be sure it belongs on your wrist
The warranty looks after the years ahead. Our return window looks after the first few weeks. If your watch is not right for you, let us know within 30 days of delivery.
