Cancel Contract

Use this page to cancel an order or to withdraw from a purchase. For orders that have not shipped yet, a short email is enough — we cancel and refund in full.

Cancel Before Dispatch

Email support@halden1980.com or use the form below with your order number as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched, we cancel it and refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Right of Withdrawal (EU, EEA and UK Customers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you indicated (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods. If your order is delivered in several parcels, the period runs from receipt of the last parcel.

You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost (excluding extra costs if you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, and you will not be charged any fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having sent them, whichever is earlier.

Please send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal. Once your request is approved, we email you a return authorization with the return address and instructions. Please do not ship anything before receiving it — parcels sent without authorization cannot be traced to your order. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
